We are planning to work with a 2 price rates, which works as follows.
Price rate 1: The all-in , deluxe version: 45 Euros.
This includes:
-Welcome food (probably something like soup and bread) on Friday night
-Breakfast on Saturday and Sunday
-Lunch on Saturday and Sunday
-An all-in BBQ, Saturday evening
-A delicious snack made by the P-ID ladies, Saturday and Sunday afternoon.
-Beverages of all kinds throughout the entire tournament in unlimited quantities.*
-A mattress and a bed, military style. You still need to bring your own sleeping bag, but extra blankets will be available if necessary.
-Our sanitary facilities are quite limited, but we have sinks and showers, and we will keep them clean. An hour-long beauty treatment will not be possible, but there's enough to keep your body odours under control. **
-all-areas pass to the first P-ID invitational.
Price rate 2: The economy version: 9 Euros
This version includes just the tournament, nothing more. We will provide the possibility to buy food and drinks at democratic prices.
Options:
-For those who find the sleeping facilities not comfortable enough, we can look out for a hotel room for you. There are facilities in the area, we'll help you find a room.
-We will provide some small quantities of special Belgian beer, and if there is enough interest, we organize a beer tasting evening on Saturday - all those interested pitch in, and I'll go get us some of Belgium's finest.
-If really necessary we might be able to find you a place to crash on Sunday evening as well - just let us know in advance. You'll probably be commandeered to help cleaning up though.

* with unlimited quantities we mean that you can drink, and that you can drink a lot. It is however not allowed to load bottles of coke into your car for the misses and the 13 childeren at home. We also trust in everybody's common sense. You need to be able to play 2 more games on sunday, and give your opponents fun matches. Severe drinking abuse will result in severe spanking - when you've already stumbled to the bathroom for throwing up 3 times, it is time to switch to something else.
** P-ID is a club that holds gentlemen's honour in high esteem. We ask you to politely respect this rule of three: All men will be treated equal, manboobs will be treated more equal and real boobs will be treated most equal.
